At Alpina Watches, we stand behind the precision and quality of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label via email.

• 2.
  Pack Your Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
